Your French and European Privacy Rights.  In addition, and without limitation, to your rights to unsubscribe as set forth in Section D.2. hereof, under Article 34 of French Law 44-87 dated January 6, 1978, you have the right to amend and modify your own personally identifiable information.  To achieve this, please send an e-mail to ZV France atftogna@zadigetvoltaire.com, or a letter by regular mail to ZV France, 55/57 Rue Saint Roch, 75001 Paris, attention Data Privacy Administrator, stating your personal details and account reference at Zadig & Voltaire.  Requested changes will be implemented within four to six weeks.  The Website has been registered with the CNIL---Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté on March 9, 2006 under the registration number 1154476.
