payment card information. Payment is processed through our dedicated space on Ogone payment platform
which ensures the security and recording of the payment order.

Arbitration and Class Action Wavier
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the breach,
termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the
scope
or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration conducted in the
state of New York before a neutral arbitrator. You agree that any claims will be adjudicated
